An EICR is a legal requirement for residential properties which should be carried out every 5 years. Upon completion of these reports, the client will be emailed over a PDF with either a satisfactory, or unsatisfactory result. Any remedial action required will be quoted and carried out as quick as possible, getting the property on to the market.
Another legal requirement for landlords throughout Scotland is to have any equipment/appliances, which they have supplied, tested each year through PAT Testing. This report will also be emailed over as a PDF to the client upon completion.
On the 1st of February 2022, Scotland released a new law in relation to interlinked fire alarms. A hardwired, or wirelessly interlinked system can be installed, with free advice always at hand to help clients make the best decision depending on their circumstances.

An on-site survey is usually required for this in order to give an accurate quote. Existing hardwired detectors, wiring routes and a few other factors such as existing RCD protection will impact the price.
Price is based on x2 optical detectors, x1 heat detector and x1 carbon monoxide detector being fitted. Additional devices can be fitted at an extra cost. Aico is always the preferred brand of choice, although a cheaper alternative can still be quoted.
