Full/Partial Rewires

It's recommended that a property is rewired every 25-30 years. All rewire enquires will receive a full in-person survey which lets us work closely with the client to meet their requirements. A plastering service can also be provided at an additional cost.  

We always try our best to prioritise call outs. Contact us right away if this is a service that you need. Fault finding and rectification is carried out as efficiently as possible, with every client kept updated during the entire process. 

Both EICR's and PAT testing are a legal requirement for landlords in Scotland.

It's also recommended that homeowners have an EICR carried out after new ownership, after 10 years of a build and every 5 years after this. A quick service is always provided with the initial testing and any remedial works. 

  Have an old consumer unit/fusebox and looking to upgrade this? An EICR is firstly recommended to ensure the existing circuits/supply are in a safe condition and there’s no underlying issues with the install. A quote can then be issued for any underlying issues, as well as to upgrade the consumer unit. An Electrical Installation Certificate can then be issued upon completion.
